BOOK ME

STEP BACK
AND LEAP

I’ve been there too. Fired twice in 18 months, nearly killed in a biking accident, and brought to the edge of despair, I know what it’s like to feel broken and lost. But I also know what it takes to come back stronger—because I did.

That’s why I created Mork’s Guide to Becoming Unstoppable—a practical, powerful resource to help you rise above the stress, anxiety, and burnout that hold so many back today.

My purpose is to be the transformative energy that inspires people to lead careers of meaning and purpose
My life has been one long, never ending series of rollercoaster-like changes. I’ve lived in 11 countries, made 32 moves and changed industries 6 times. I’ve had a fascinating career that’s taken me from marketing soft drinks in Latin America to launching the world’s first mobile games in Europe, its first app store and building marketing teams in Silicon Valley.

My passion is to help leaders build purpose-driven organizations by becoming bold and authentic and driving cultures of purpose and meaning. I love helping leaders and founders solve tough challenges, take their game to the next level and lead lives that are successful yet balanced.

Part-autobiography, part self-help manual, «Step Back and Leap» is a captivating read from the get go. Patrick Mork has lived a rich, varied life and he’s a strong storyteller, which might be why I found myself racing through this book in a single day. You will exit the book entertained and inspired to be bolder in seeking your own truth.
Leela Srinivasan
Leela SrinivasanCEO at Parity, Board Member Upwork
The sustained narrative, of both your life and your career, moved me to tears on several occasions. If this book does not inspire others to live better, be better, lead better and just generally work harder on themselves, then nothing else will. You have created a treasure!

I can’t recommend this book enough. From career to personal advice, this book taught me so much. I’m going through a pivotable time in my career and took a lot of the advice to heart, especially around my values (and not deviating from them!), as well as learning from step backs in my career. Thank you Patrick for such sound advice!

REASONS TO
WORK
WITH ME

I’ve been there too. Fired twice in 18 months, nearly killed in a biking accident, and brought to the edge of despair, I know what it’s like to feel broken and lost. But I also know what it takes to come back stronger—because I did.

Psychological Safety – The Secret to High-Performing Teams

  • Format: 3-hour Morkshop

    What’s the Problem?

You can’t innovate in a room full of silent head nods. If your people don’t feel safe to speak up, push back, or say “I don’t know,” then you’ve got a culture of fear—not performance.

Psychological safety isn’t soft. It’s the foundation of every high-performing, risk-taking, truth-telling team. But most organizations are stuck in survival mode—playing not to lose instead of playing to win. Behind closed doors, people withhold ideas, avoid hard feedback, and play small because they’re afraid of being judged, blamed, or ignored.

This Morkshop changes that—fast. From live feedback exercises to open-floor conversations, teams don’t just talk about psychological safety—they start creating it in real time.

    Who is this for?

    • Teams with strong talent but inconsistent collaboration or risk avoidance
    • Leaders who want to create environments where people feel safe to speak up, experiment, and innovate

What will people get out of this?

    • A deep understanding of what Psychological Safety is and how it directly impacts innovation and performance
    • Practical strategies and language to build trust, invite vulnerability, and foster courageous conversations

Includes access to Mork Guides on Building Trust, Vulnerability Loops, and Safe Communication—plus optional pairing with Patrick’s keynote, The Safety to Soar for maximum impact.

All Mork Guides come with links to my Mork’s Leadership GPT which allows participants to use my GPT as a role playing partner to practice the relevant exercises in each guide.
