I work differently than traditional coaches. I’ve been in the trenches — 6 countries, 6 startups, CMO at Google Play and beyond.

 

I’m also a certified executive coach trained in Co-Active coaching methodology, which means I bring both operator credibility and professional coaching frameworks to the table.

 

I draw from my best-selling book Step Back and LEAP, my personal experience navigating major transitions, and a full toolkit of proven exercises and frameworks.

 

I speak from operator experience, not theory. My goal is simple: help you build the resilience and clarity to navigate your toughest transitions.

  • Meet 2-4x per month. Sessions are 60-90 minutes, either in-person (Miami area) or virtual. We blend active listening, strategic frameworks, and hard-earned wisdom to help you think more clearly about your toughest decisions.
  • Build resilience between sessions. You're not just getting advice in a room. You're building new muscle memory. I provide frameworks, recordings, and tools you use between calls to practice and improve.
