How I work

My coaching style is bold, authentic and results oriented.  As someone who’s been in the trenches at both early stage startups and large companies including Pepsi and Google for nearly 3 decades, I speak from experience and not just theory.

I use my training as a certified Co-active coach coupled with my experience as an entrepreneur and CEO to help you become the best possible leader you can be and reach your goals.

My 60-90 minutes sessions can be either in person or virtual and blend the active listening, questioning and challenge of coaching with advice, experience and tools that I use as a mentor.
